Give your child the opportunity to learn real martial arts skills, improve their fitness and become a more confident athlete with the Youth MMA and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu program at Encoded MMA in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.
Designed specifically for boys and girls ages 11–15, our youth program combines Mixed Martial Arts, No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, striking and grappling in a structured and positive training environment.
Real Martial Arts Training for Ages 11–15
Our youth program isn’t just about keeping kids active. We teach the same fundamental martial arts skills that develop successful adult athletes, presented in a way that’s appropriate for younger students.
Students learn MMA striking, takedowns, wrestling, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, positional control, escapes and submissions, while improving their balance, coordination, conditioning and overall athletic ability.
As students progress, they learn how the different areas of martial arts work together.
Youth No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu teaches young athletes how to use technique, positioning and leverage rather than simply relying on strength.
Students learn takedowns, escapes, guard work, positional control, transitions and submissions while developing the ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
Our program also incorporates wrestling and takedown training, helping students become comfortable both standing and on the ground.
Youth MMA Training
Mixed Martial Arts brings everything together.
Students learn proper striking fundamentals, defense, movement and combinations while developing their wrestling and grappling skills.
Training is progressive and controlled, allowing young athletes to build their abilities and confidence as their experience increases.
Students do not need previous martial arts experience to join.
Building Better Athletes
Martial arts can provide benefits that extend far beyond learning how to fight.
Our goal is to help young athletes develop discipline, confidence, physical fitness, coordination, resilience and respect while teaching them skills they can continue developing for years.
Training also teaches an important lesson: improvement comes from consistency, effort and being willing to work through challenges.
Whether your child wants to compete someday, become a better athlete, learn practical self-defense or simply find an activity they genuinely enjoy, our program gives them a strong foundation.
