ENCODED MMA COMBAT SAMBO

To participate in our Combat Sambo classes athletes must have MMA Gloves, Shinguards, Mouthpiece and either a Kurtka or Gi Top and Belt.  Sambo shoes are optional.  If you don't have Sambo shoes practicing barefoot is acceptable.

To compete in Sambo the uniform requirements are strict.  Athletes must have red and blue sets of MMA Gloves, Shinguards,  Kurtkas, Headgear, Sambo Shoes and a Mouthpiece.
